The Best Exercise Workout Plan
Are you looking for a challenging total body workout that will have you fit and toned in less time than other excercise programs?
Hands down, the best exercise program I've come across is Craig Ballantyne's "Turbulence Training."
The workouts are short (less than 45 minutes) but they are intense!
Believe me, while I firmly believe in the health benefits provided by my breathing program I'll be the first to admit that, while it can help you lose weight, it can't give you a toned body.
Toned muscles are only developed by exercising them until they become strong, long, and lean.
Not only that, since muscle burns far more calories than fat, building more muscle will actually turn your body into a fat fighting machine. (Pretty cool!)
That being said, here is why I like this exercise program so much.
- First, Craig Ballantyne knows what he's talking about. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has written dozens and dozens of articles for health and fitness magazines like Men's Health, Oxygen, and Maximum Fitness. (Lucky for the both of us he's now sharing all of his fitness knowledge!)
- Second, his workout plan is endorsed by leaders in the fitness world. They obviously know what he is talking about too.
- Third, the program was designed for both men and women. As a woman, this is especially important to me because I don't want to look like a bodybuilder. I want long, lean muscles. I want to look toned, not bulky!
- Fourth, you only need to do the workout three times a week. This is great for me because I work full-time and don't want to spend all of my free time exercising.
- Fifth, you can do it in the privacy of your own home. This really appeals to me because I save money from not buying a gym membership, I save time because I don't have to travel to a gym, and I'd rather not workout with so many other people around. Call me a wimp, but I find it intimidating.
- Sixth, It Works! This reason is pretty self explanatory.
I could go on and on about how great the Turbulence Training program is, but at this point it's probably better if you visit the website to learn more about it. That way you can decide if it's for you.
